Every 30 Years

Robert Charles riots of 1900.  Harlem race riot c. 1935.  Watts riots c. 1965.  Rodney King c. 1992.  George Floyd c. 2020.  Notice anything here?  All these racially inflamed riots are 30 years apart.  Anybody else see a pattern?
