I was sorely disappointed with both candidates last night. The debate resembled two teenage brothers arguing and talking over each other while mom the moderator was trying to restore order. Each side called the other a liar. The orange cheeto just did not know when to STFU. He did not do himself any favors with his decorum. Sleepy Joe dodged answers and did not want to answer how his kid got millions of dollars from Russia and China.
Each side made some valid points; however, the behavior displayed by both actually made me cry. This is the best our country can do? What a horrible example. I'm weeping because we lost as a country.
I'm not voting for either. Please, people, there are other candidates and political parties who are not getting airtime because it would upset those in power. The democrats are extremely corrupt. Don't believe me? Try volunteering and getting involved in the democratic party at your local level. You will see for yourself how slimy they really are and protective of their own positions despite what the people may want.
The only way we will change the trajectory of our nation is to say NO to all of this and vote against the madness. I'm imploring all of you to look beyond the two-party system. If we don't all we will get is more of each side pointing the finger at the other and NOTHING will change.
No vote is a wasted vote. Don't ever let anybody tell you that.
