My daughter's boyfriend FINALLY proposed. I can stop walking on eggshells now for fear of slipping up and letting the cat out of the bag. He was very romantic about it and did it up right. :)
Now, planning a wedding. The only experience I have is my son's gay wedding which was very nontraditional and low key.
Wish me luck. One thing I will NOT put up with is a bridezilla nor going over the top on stupid stuff that in the big picture does not mean anything i.e., making sure the bridesmaids shoes are the perfect shade to match the flower stems. Nobody cares.
