Oh yes, there is so much more going on than what we see, feel, and hear with our limited senses in a human body.
So many relationships extend beyond this physical lifetime. Don't feel that you have to fix every friendship, co-worker dynamic, whatever in this lifetime. There are plenty of other planes of existence to work out karma.
Parting ways on the physical plane does not mean that it's over and that the relationship with your sister, parents, whomever is forever doomed. It means that you are freeing up energy on this plane to deal with the task at hand.
It's totally OK to put thing on karmic hold.
