Everywhere is whining about the invasion of Californians. Montana hates us. Idaho hates us. Utah hates us. Oregon hates us. Nevada hates us. Washington hates us. Alaska hates us. Texas hates us. Arizona hates us. Wyoming especially hates us. Tennessee hates us. Georgia hates us.
Why do they hate us? Because Californians move to the above mentioned states with all cash offers gobbling up real estate above listing price.
I can hear the grumbling from the other states all the way over here on this side of the San Andreas Fault. Yes, breathe fire at the Californians. Here they come with their liberal politics, hairy armpits, vegan gluten-free menus, and yoga studios. RUN!!! Did I also mention the Californians want to confiscate your guns. But noooooooooooooooo.......they are not moving into your neighborhood to CHANGE anything and say they want to respect the culture (cough, cough, bullSH**).
Before we get carried away bashing Californians moving to your state and you start your production line of bumper stickers that read, "Don't California my fill-in-the-blank location."
Hey, it takes two to tango. Californians may have all cash offers that exceed the sellers asking price. However, the seller happily accepts the $$$$$$$. Nobody ever blames the seller who is cashing out to Californians.
Nobody ever sells their property for the lowest bid. You all hate Californians moving to your state? Here's a solution. Sell to a local for less. You won't do that. For every buyer there is a seller. Hate Californians buying up property? Stop selling out for the highest profit.
