Facebook and Instagram

By now we have all learned that nothing we do via technology is private.  Yes, that even means this stupid blog powered by the evil Google.  I don't care what big tech says about protecting your privacy:  they don't.  I warned you all years ago that Facebook was nothing more than a grab at your personal information.  Yet there you all are.  Posting pictures of your food.  Posting vacation pictures.

While Facebook  is getting all the attention right now about violating your privacy, Instagram is right there as well because Facebook also owns Instagram.  Facebook  also owns WhatsApp, Oculus VR, and FriendFeed to name a few.

Here's my advice to people who are upset about their privacy being violated on social media.  Stop posting.  However, our reliance on technology outside of social media requires privacy protection.  Big Tech has no real interest in it.  The genie is out of the bottle, folks.

Cash and snail mail.  Cash and snail mail.  Cash and snail mail.  Repeat as often as necessary.
